Please contact Biochemistry Department before collecting sample for external tests as most external tests need pre-approval with finance. This tests need to be accompanied by a Blood Sciences Form, printable from the intranet in Hospital Forms/ Laboratory Request Forms (at the bottom of the page) Some external tests are only dispatched Monday – Wednesday and should be sent on the day of collection. |
