Samples must be received in National Coagulation Laboratory, Centre for Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Pathology, by 4pm Monday - Friday. This test is referred to the Haemophilia Centre and Thrombosis Unit Laboratory, Royal Free Hospital, London. The laboratory does not forward samples from external agencies to the referral laboratory for analysis. External agencies should arrange transport and analysis with a referral laboratory of choice for this test. Enquires to 01 416 2049 during routine hours, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. The Coagulation Consultant on-call can be contacted through the hospital switchboard on 01 410 3000. |
