Must be pre arranged with The National Coagulation Laboratory, Centre for Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Pathology, at 01 416 2049. CTAD specimen tubes are available in National Coagulation Centre (NCC), Main Hospital, 3rd Floor. Samples cannnot be sent to laboratory in the Pneumatic Tube Transport System (PTTS), samples must be delivered by porter to The National Coagulation Laboratory, Centre for Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Pathology. Patients should contact the National Coagulation Centre for pre-testing advice at 01 416 2142. The Coagulation Consultant on-call can be contacted through the hospital switchboard on 01 410 3000.
