Samples must arrive in The National Coagulation Laboratory, Central for Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Pathology, by 4pm Monday - Friday. This test is referred to the Haemostasis Laboratory, Royal Free Hospital, London for analysis. Enquires to 01 4162049 during routine hours, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. The laboratory does not forward samples from external agencies to the referral laboratory for analysis. External agencies should arrange transport and analysis with a referral laboratory of choice for this test. The Coagulation Consultant on-call can be contacted through the hospital switchboard on 01 410 3000.
