Samples must be received in The National Coagulation Laboratory, Centre for Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Pathology, by 4pm Monday - Friday. This test is referred to Viapath Analytics, Nutristasis Unit, St Thomas' Hospital, London for analysis. Enquires to 01 416 2049 during routine hours, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. The laboratory does not forward samples from external agencies to the referral laboratory for analysis. External agencies should arrange transport and analysis with a referral laboratory of choice for this test. The Coagulation Consultant on-call can be contacted through the hospital switchboard on 01 4103000. |
