Routine monitoring of Argatroban levels is not recommended. The effects of Argatroban should be monitored using the APTT. Sample must be received in National Coagulation Laboratory, Centre for Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Pathology, by 4pm Mon-Fri. Enquiries during routine hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm to 01 416 2049. The Coagulation Consultant on-call can be contacted through the hospital switchboard on 01 410 3000 Reporting units = µg/ml |
