The fibrinogen assay can be performed on the same sample as Coagulation Screen (PT/APTT). Note: Sample must be assayed within 24 hours of venepuncture. Enquiries to 01 416 2910 during routine hours (8am to 8pm) Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday. Out of hours, contact Haematology Medical Scientist on-call, bleep 671 through main hospital switchboard 01 410 3000.
