This ratio is calculated from the Vitamin E to lipid levels i.e. Ratio = [Vitamin E / (Triglyceride + Cholesterol)] Units - µmol/mmol Fasting sample required.
Protect from light. Separate serum and freeze within 1 hour. Haemolysed samples are unsuitable for analysis. |
