In thyroid cancer patients Thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb) are measured along with serum Thyroglobulin (Tg) to determine if any assay interference may be present. Where there is a risk of interference in the Tg assay, serum TgAb levels may be a useful adjunct in the patient monitoring process |
