After Blood Collection, Invert tube 8-10 times

Samples must be labelled using the Blood Track Tx system where possible. If not possible, label must be handwritten with Full Name, DOB, MRN, Date and Time taken and Signature. If any of these mandatory details are omitted, samples will be rejected.
